Brandi Glanville Talks Lisa Vanderpump Slap: We’re Middle Aged Women Who Behave Badly

real housewives beverly hills season 5Brandi Glanville said season 5 of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” will knock your socks off with its over-the-top drama.

Glanville, who had an epic falling-out with former BFF Lisa Vanderpump during season 4, said there are more catfights among the cast than ever.

In a preview to season 5 of the “RHOBH,” Lisa Vanderpump is slapped in the face. While the slapper’s identity isn’t revealed, it definitely appears to be Brandi, as the slapper was very tall, skinny and blonde.

Brandi said the preview doesn’t do justice to the bizarre drama that unfolds. “The trailer is only half of the craziness,” Glanville told E! “We start a little like, reserved, and then it just hits full alert and it’s cray-cray.”

Season 5 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills features two new housewives: Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson, and returning stars Kyle and Kim Richards, Yolanda Foster and Lisa Vanderpump and Brandi.

Glanville, who has fought with every single cast member during the past four seasons, said she’s embarrassed by her actions, as well as those of her cast mates because they’re middle-aged and should know better.

“We should all be ashamed ourselves,” said Brandi, author of the bestseller Drinking and Tweeting. “I mean we’re definitely not setting any good examples for middle aged women.”

Glanville, who became chummy with Kyle Richards during season 4, appears to no longer be as close, calling Kyle a hypocrite. “She’s two faced, that’s the problem,” Glanville said of Kyle, author of Life Is Not a Reality Show.

The divorced Brandi, who has dated a string of hot men over the years, shared her dating anecdotes and relationship advice in her New York Times bestselling book, Drinking and Dating.
