Kim Kardashian always knows how to get attention. In her latest PR stunt, Kim goes nude and shows off her oily, bare naked butt.
The provocative photo campaign was aptly named “Break the Internet Kim Kardashian.”
Critics immediately pointed out the nude photo appears Photoshopped: Kim’s waist looks dramatically thinner, and her torso looks noticeably leaner.
The back of her arms are also less fleshy and her body seems digitally lengthened to make her look taller.

Several respected plastic surgeons said they believe Kardashian got two Brazilian butt lifts and lots of liposuction based on her before-and-after photos.
Kim reportedly also a “nonsurgical tummy tuck,” TheImproper reported.
“Without a doubt she had something done, probably two Brazilian butt lifts,” said plastic surgeon Dr. John Zannis.
Dr. Zannis said Kim most likely liposuctioned the fat from her torso, stomach, love handles and lower back and had it injected into her buttocks.
New York plastic surgeon Ramtin Kassir also believes Kardashian had plastic surgery to make her butt look plumper and firmer.
“She has probably had at least one or two procedures,” said Dr. Kassir. “You can see it in pictures of Kim over the years.”
But does it really matter? Kardashian’s hourglass figure has been one of the most talked-about topics in all of pop culture for the past seven years, ever since she first appeared on “Keeping Up With the Kardashian” in 2007.
Kim has a hit reality TV show, her own fragrance, Kim Kardashian for Women, her own fashion lines and a string of clothing stores.

While she was mercilessly fat-shamed when she gained almost 60 pounds during her pregnancy, Kardashian silenced her detractors by losing 56 pounds in six months by following a low carb ketogenic-style Atkins diet.
Focusing on healthy fats and limiting carbs promotes rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, author of Keto Clarity.
In addition to accelerating weight loss, the low-carb, high-fat Atkins and ketogenic diets have been touted for fighting depression and bipolar disorder. Dietitian Dr. Jeff Volek, a professor at Ohio State University, agrees.
βIt was nothing short of an epiphany when I changed to a ketogenic diet 20 years ago,β Dr. Volek, author of the Art and Science of Low-Carbohydrate Living, told me. βI felt better, more satiated, and had more consistent energy.β
Kardashian’s low carb weight loss brought low-carb diets squarely into the mainstream. At this point, it appears Kim can sell just about anything.
