Kendall Jenner Is a Sexy Santa In Holiday Lingerie Photoshoot: Her Fitness Secrets

kendall jenner sexy santaKendall Jenner’s modeling career is on fire, thanks to her leggy good looks. In her latest photo shoot, Kendall wears sexy Phillip Plein lingerie topped with a holiday-inspired Santa hat.

Jenner was posing for Love’s Christmas Video Advent 2014. Other supermodels who will grace the campaign include Victoria’s Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio, Miranda Kerr, Suki Waterhouse and Gigi Hadid, the daughter of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Foster.

Kendall, who was recently named the new face of Estee Lauder cosmetics, denied reports that she is being bullied by jealous models.

“I would see rumors of girls bullying me backstage and putting cigarettes out in my drink, and none of that has happened,” said Jenner. “Everyone’s been really cool to me. I’ve never had one girl be mean…so far.”

Kendall, who’s in incredible shape, previously credited lots of detox tea and a low-carb Paleo-style diet for her slammin’ bikini body, Examiner reported.

“I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea,” said Jenner. “I have 12 cups a day.” For snacks, Kendall, 18, eats Paleo-approved low-sugar fruits like apples and strawberries and avoids processed junk food.

For exercise, the gorgeous brunette prefers cardio exercise. “I like running,” she shared. “I’ve been trying to get back into it.”

Her beauty secret (aside from great genes) includes plenty of sleep. “My beauty secret for fashion week is just getting a good amount of sleep,” said Kendall. “I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function.”

Jenner’s half-sister, Kim Kardashian, lost 56 pounds in six months on a low carb ketogenic-style Atkins diet that limited her daily carb intake to less than 60 grams.

Limiting carbs forces your body to burn fat for fuel in a metabolic state called ketosis, said Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Tim McGraw and Megan Fox also follow the low-carb Paleo diet, which proponents say prevents diabetes, cancer, heart disease, depression, and Alzheimer’s, in addition to enhancing weight loss.

While the Paleo diet has been touted as a weight-loss tool, the diet’s creator, Dr. Loren Cordain, said the eating plan was originally intended to prevent disease.

“The idea we had had little to do with weight control,” said Dr. Cordain, author of The Paleo Answer. “We were more interested in cardiovascular effects, cancer, acne and myopia. It is a lifelong way of eating to reduce the risk of chronic disease.”

Dr. Cordain, who also wrote The Paleo Diet Cookbook, said marketing the Paleo diet as a weight-loss tool was his editor’s idea, to make the diet appeal to a larger audience. Despite his initial reluctance to push Paleo as a weight loss plan, recent studies show it beats almost every other diet for weight loss.
