Madonna, who’s no stranger to controversy, has no problems posing topless at age 58.
Madonna goes topless in the new ad campaign for her fragrance, Truth or Dare Naked, where she flaunts her toned torso.
The perfume is named after the pop icon’s 1991 documentary, Truth or Dare, that chronicled her hugely successful “Blonde Ambition” tour.
Madonna said she’s living a calmer life now after having experimented with drugs during her youth, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“I tried everything once,” said Madonna. “But as soon as I was high, I spent my time drinking tons of water to get it out of my system. As soon as I was high, I was obsessed with flushing it out of me. I was like, Okay, I’m done now.”
Madonna, a longtime workout fanatic who exercises up to two hours a day and follows a macrobiotic diet, said she picked up yoga again after lapsing on it for many years.
“I started doing yoga again, which I haven’t done in years and years and years,” said Madonna. “I’m so used to exercising with music playing very loud. And when you do yoga, you’re just listening to your breath.”
Yoga is anti-aging, reduces stress and promotes natural weight loss, said Jennifer Aniston’s yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber, author of the bestseller, Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover.
Madge, whose mother died when the pop icon was just 6 years old, admits to having an obsession with death, saying her hyper-awareness of death motivates her to live her life more fully.
“I became very obsessed with death, and the idea that you never know when death will arrive,” Madonna confessed. “So one has to do as much as possible all the time to get the most out of life.”
