Britney Spears’ flat abs and hot bikini body on the January 2015 cover of Women’s Health magazine aren’t Photoshopped.
A behind-the-scenes video (see below) shows Britney’s sexy body looks as good in action as it does in the photos, contradicting speculation her body was heavily edited to look thinner.
Meanwhile, Britney Spears said her weight loss and fitness secrets are a low carb diet, cardio exercise and yoga workouts, Examiner reported.
“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically,” said Spears. “I don’t mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn’t have a problem being motivated.”
Britney, a mom of two, said her body has changed after two pregnancies, but a low carb diet coupled with intense cardio exercise and power yoga workouts keep her toned.
Yoga promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, building lean muscles and suppressing appetite, Jennifer Aniston’s yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber, told me in an exclusive interview. Ingber is the author of the bestseller Yogalosophy.
Britney previously said sticking to a diet is hard because she loves high-calorie, sugary foods. However, Spears generally follows a low carb diet, and these days has become partial to raw food such as sushi.
Low carb diets such as the ketogenic, Paleo and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn fat for fuel in a metabolic state called ketosis, said obesity expert Dr. Jeff Volek, author of the Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living.
Spears said she also does daily meditation to stay healthy. “I meditate. But I fall asleep,” said Britney.
