Topless Jennifer Aniston Sizzles at 46: Her Low-Carb Diet and Yoga Workout Plan

Aniston showed off her lean physique in a topless photo for Allure magazine, where she slammed the societal pressure on women to have children.

“I don’t like [the pressure] that people put on me, on women — that you’ve failed yourself as a female because you haven’t procreated,” Jennifer told Allure. “I don’t think it’s fair. You may not have a child come out of your vagina, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t mothering — dogs, friends, friends’ children.”

Aniston said she’s frustrated that people continue to think she’s selfish simply because she’s childless. “This continually is said about me: that I was so career-driven and focused on myself; that I don’t want to be a mother, and how selfish that is,” said Jennifer.

Aniston said she’s perfectly content enjoying her relationships with close friends, her romance with fiance Justin Theroux and her fulfilling work projects.

At 45, Aniston is fitter than ever, thanks to yoga workouts and a low carb diet. Low carb diets such as the ketogenic, Paleo and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn fat for fuel in a metabolic state called ketosis, said obesity expert Dr. Jeff Volek, author of the Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living.

Unlike other celebrities, Jennifer enjoys aging, saying this is the best time of her life. “I’ve had more fun post-40 than I can remember,” she said. “From a work point of view, a physical point of view, a psycho-therapeutic point of view.”

Aniston has practiced yoga for more than 20 years with Mandy Ingber, her longtime friend and yoga teacher, saying the meditative practice tones her body and calms her mind. “If yoga didn’t exist, I’d invent it,” said Jennifer.

Mandy, author of the bestseller, Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover, has practiced yoga with Aniston for more than 20 years, Ingber told in an exclusive interview.

“We meet up about three times a week, and our sessions are 60 to 90 minutes,” said Inger. “We incorporate cardio and toners into the yoga sessions, much like I do in my Yogalosophy DVD.”

Aniston’s anti-aging beauty secrets also include meditation, stress management and drinking plenty of water. Jennifer is not a fan of overzealous plastic surgery, saying less is more. Jennifer said her fiance Justin Theroux is opposed to plastic surgery and Botox overload, and she’s happy to oblige.
