Maria Shriver has forbidden her son, Patrick Schwarzenegger, from bringing his girlfriend, Miley Cyrus, to any Kennedy Christmas celebrations at the Kennedy compound in Massachusetts.

Shriver reportedly dislikes wild child Cyrus, who has made numerous headlines for her over-the-top twerking and trashy outfits.

Patrick, the 21-year-old son of Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger, has been dating Cyrus for a month and the two are crazy about each other. But Shriver can’t stand Miley and doesn’t want her around Patrick or the rest of the Kennedy family.

“Maria doesn’t want her there and won’t budge,” said an insider. “She doesn’t think it’s appropriate to have Miley around the rest of the Kennedy family.”

The issue has caused a major rift between Patrick and Maria. “Patrick insists on having her there — or he will not come,” said an insider. “They’ve been talking less and less. Every time they do talk, it ends up in an argument where Patrick is defending Miley.”

During the past two years, Cyrus has been in the news for her inappropriate twerking, suggestive photos and racy outfits. Cyrus denied speculation she abuses drugs, and said she’s healthier than ever, thanks to a gluten-free diet and Pilates workouts, Examiner reported.

Cyrus’ Pilates teacher, Mari Winsor, said the pop star is a fitness fanatic.

“She’s healthy and she feels good,” said Mari Winsor, creator of the Lower Body Pilates workout DVD.

“She works hard,” said Mari, who also created the bestselling Winsor Pilates Upper Body Sculpting. “She’s young and she’s got a beautiful body.”
