Khloe Kardashian admitted she rushed into a relationship with rapper French Montana because she was lonely and feeling depressed.
Khloe made the revelation on the Dec 28 episode of “Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons,” telling her sister Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick that the relationship with Montana was a mistake.
“It’s nothing against French,” said Khloe. “I just think I don’t want a boyfriend. I jumped into something because I was lonely and destructive. But now I just want to be alone.”
Kardashian is still reeling from her crumbled marriage to former NBA star Lamar Odom, from whom she’s estranged. “I gotta grieve,” said Khloe. “I’m still married. There’s highs and lows in every relationship. I have no idea why French calls me 5,000 times a day.”
Kardashian, 30, filed for divorce from Odom in December 2013 but has yet to finalize the divorce. Khloe split from Montana in September 2014 after dating for eight months. French Montana’s latest album is Excuse My French.
“You need some time,” Disick told her. “You gotta grieve your old marriage.”
Khloe’s older sister, Kourtney, agreed Khloe rushed into the ill-fated relationship with Montana.
“I really do like French,” Kourtney told the cameras. “But I think that Khloe did rush into a relationship really quickly.”
Khloe recently launched a weight loss program after gaining more than 10 pounds. In May 2014, Khloe proudly flaunted her 30-pound weight loss and tiny waist while sporting a tight corset, Examiner reported. Khloe credited a waist trainer for her slim midsection.
Khloe’s sister Kim Kardashian recently credited a low carb ketogenic-style Atkins diet and corset waist training for her 56-pound post-baby weight loss.
Low-carb ketogenic diets promote rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.
Brooke Burke Charvet, creator of the Transform Your Body workout DVD, said wearing a corset was responsible for her stunning post-baby weight loss after each of her four pregnancies.
“Wrapping your post-partum belly is a concept that has been around for centuries,” said Burke Charvet, who has her own line of belly wraps called Baboosh. “It works as a compression garment. It helps the swelling of the uterus go back down to its original size and it supports all that baggy baby skin. It is a great, great way to get back in shape.”
Kim’s trainer, Gunnar Peterson, has been working out with Khloe to get her back in shape.
Gunnar, creator of Core Secrets: 25 Minute Full Body Workout, said Khloe’s workouts include cardio exercise, plyometric pushups, hauling a sled, dead lifts, resistance bands and ab exercises.
