Cameron Diaz married Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden in an elegant wedding at Cameron’s home in Beverly Hills, California, on Jan. 5, 2015.

Diaz, 42, exchanged vows with Madden, 35, in a star-studded ceremony that included guests Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Samantha Ronson and Robin Antin.

Cameron’s bridesmaids were her longtime friends Nicole Richie, Drew Barrymore, her sister Chimene, and assistant Jesse Lutz.

Diaz and Benji began dating in May 2014 and got engaged seven months later, in December.

Cameron Diaz married Benji Madden after a whirlwind romance.

Cameron, who previously dated Justin Timberlake, Matt Dillon, Jared Leto, and Alex Rodriguez, once said she wasn’t a fan of marriage.

“I think the big misconception in our society is that we’re supposed to meet the one when we’re 18,” said Cameron. “And we’re supposed to get married to them and love them for the rest of our lives. Bulls—t.”

Diaz, a longtime fitness fanatic, looks amazing at 42, and said she feels better now than she did during her 20s.

Cameron said her anti-aging fitness secrets are a low carb diet and rigorous exercise, Examiner reported.

Cameron Diaz maintains her hot bikini body with a low carb diet.

Diaz’s low carb diet consists mostly of lean protein such as chicken, fish, steak and shrimp and grilled vegetables. Cameron avoids white (high-carb) foods such as white bread and pasta.

Low carb diets such as the Paleo, Atkins and ketogenic diets promote rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn fat fuel in a metabolic state called ketosis, said Jeff Volek, author of the Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living.

Obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, author of Keto Clarity, agrees. Westman has helped hundreds of morbidly obese people lose thousands of pounds on the low carb ketogenic, Atkins and Paleo diets. Reducing carbs and eating more healthy fats has been proven to accelerate weight loss without hunger, said Westman.

Cameron said you can improve with age by watching your diet and working out regularly.

“Life gets better as you get older,” said Diaz. “I don’t want to be 20. I feel better than ever: stronger, more capable and clearer.” Cameron shared her weight loss, diet, workout and happiness secrets in her bestseller, The Body Book.
