Rumer Willis, the daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, says there’s no competition for her on ‘DWTS.’ Rumer eventually was crowned the winner of season 20.

Rumer Willis, the daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, said she can easily win season 20 of “Dancing With the Stars” because there’s not much competition.

Willis, 26, and her partner, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, earned the highest score for their debut dance, a foxtrot, on March 16. Rumer and Valentin scored an impressive 32 out of a possible 40 points (see video).

“I don’t feel we have a lot of competition,” Rumer told Good Morning America. “I’m really confident.”

Rumer said her high standards will ensure she continues to excel on DWTS. Willis is in fantastic shape, thanks to Shaun T’s hip-hop abs workouts.

Rumer also does yoga workouts with her superfit mom, Demi Moore, whose anti-aging fitness secrets include a raw vegan diet and Pilates and yoga workouts, Examiner reported.

Demi Moore is reportedly furious daughter Rumer Willis got plastic surgery.

Sources said Demi follows a mostly raw vegan diet that features organic vegetables, fruits, green juices, smoothies, and soups. Raw food devotees believe that eating greens, nuts, and seeds heated below 118°F preserves vitamins and minerals.

Supermodel Carol Alt told me in an exclusive interview a raw food diet promotes easy weight loss and slows down the aging process. This is because vegetables and fruits contain flavonoids and carotenoids, plant-based antioxidants that fight the free radical damage linked to aging.

“I’m never hungry, and my body is nourished,” said Alt, author of Easy Sexy Raw. “Because raw food is so nutritionally dense, it’ll feed your body. A healthy diet is everything.”

Yoga is an excellent anti-aging workout because it builds lean muscle, strengthens your core, and reduces stress, said Mandy Ingber, author of Yogalosophy.

Ingber has taught yoga to her close friend Jennifer Aniston for the past 20 years and is responsible for Jennifer’s youthful physique at 46.
