Fitness expert Tracy Anderson, who trains Jennifer Lopez and Gwyneth Paltrow, recently released several new workout videos.
Anderson says you can achieve your weight loss goals with her workout DVDs in the convenience of your home without an expensive gym membership with her workout DVDs, including:
Tracy, who lost 30 pounds just 6 weeks after giving birth to her second child, says women should strive for long, lean muscles that can only come from lifting light weights (three pounds maximum) at high repetitions, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

“While bulkier muscle looks OK on women in their 20s and 30s, it doesn’t age well,” blogged Anderson, creator of the bestselling Tracy Anderson Method workout DVD.
Tracy’s exercise tips contradict the advice of most fitness experts, who recommend that women lift heavy weights and shouldn’t be concerned that weight-lifting will bulk them up.
“I have occasionally designed programs for men that incorporate kettle bells, but I would never recommend them to women, even for women who are fans of bulkier muscle lines,” wrote Anderson.
Tracy also said running isn’t ideal for weight loss, saying sculpting your muscles with light weight-lifting is better for getting rid of trouble spots.
“While running and cycling may burn calories, they do not design feminine muscles or get rid of an imbalance that may masquerade as a ‘problem area’ — even on women who are genetically thin,” she wrote.
Tracy’s diet secrets include limiting processed junk foods, eating organic as much as possible, and not overeating. However, Anderson isn’t a proponent of calorie restriction or “detox” juice fasts, which she says will only result in rebound weight gain.
Anderson reveals all her weight loss, diet and workout secrets in her book, Tracy Anderson’s 30-Day Method. Tracy trains Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Lopez, who’s hotter than ever at 46.
