Kate Middleton is losing her baby weight quickly thanks to juicing. Middleton’s rapid weight loss secrets include a daily organic diet of fresh green juices, low-carb fare and yoga workouts.

“Pippa arranged to have fresh juices delivered to Kate every three days,” a source told Us. “It was a surprise treat. Kate used to blend her own juices and this is much easier. She just enjoys green juice in the morning. It’s Kate’s go-to for an extra boost.”

The super-skinny Middleton has been nicknamed “the Smoothie Queen” because she loves to use her Nutribullet blender at home to make her own healthy fruit and vegetable drinks.

Kate, a longtime fitness fanatic, lost 29 pounds less than 2 months after giving birth to son George in 2014, the Examiner reported. Middleton’s weight loss secrets included a low-carb diet and yoga workouts.

Low-carb diets such as the Atkins, ketogenic and Paleo diets fuel rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Kate reportedly swears by daily juicing to keep her skin glowing. “She’s buying fresh local produce,” sources said. “All organic.”
