Former Bond girl Eva Green said her anti-aging beauty and fitness secrets include an organic diet, sunscreen and gentle moisturizer.
Green, who stars on the hit Showtime series Penny Dreadful, said drinking a lot of water and eating an organic diet keeps her wrinkle-free and feeling her best.
“First of all, drinking lots of water and watching what you eat is very important,” Eva told Yahoo. “More than anything else, eat organic green vegetables. I know, very exciting!
Green, who’s a rep for L’Oreal Professionnel haircare products, said removing makeup before bed is critical.
“I like Cetaphil,” said Eva. “It’s cheap, and it’s gentle. Lots of moisturizer and sunscreen are very important.”
Green said careful haircare is important to keep her locks luxurious and strong, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“Hair is very important,” said Eva. “I’m an actress, so jobs play with my hair a lot. And it gets very damaged, so I have to look after it.
Green continued: “There’s the Pro Fiber Treatment [by L’Oréal Professionnel]. It’s really kind of revolutionary because it lasts. It doesn’t go after the first shampoo and it makes your hair stronger.”
Eva said moisturizing her skin and her hair is another beauty secret.
“My skin and scalp are so fragile that I really have to be careful in the sun,” said Green. “Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! I always moisturize and I love SkinCeuticals.”
Eva, who’s French, said she loves using drugstore products to keep her alabaster skin smooth and radiant.
As for makeup, Eva prefers a simple, unfussy routine: Clean, straight hair with a side part and red lipstick.
To keep herself model-slim, Green loves juicing with fresh vegetables and works out daily, running 30 minutes a day and stretching.
Eva Green next appears in the Tim Burton film “Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children.” Eva currently stars on season 2 of “Penny Dreadful.”
