Ryan Gosling’s girlfriend, Eva Mendes, said her beauty and fitness secrets include coconut oil, witch hazel and cardio workouts.

Eva said one of easiest and least expensive ways to stay healthy is drinking warm water with lemon every morning to flush out toxins and promoting glowing skin.

“Drinking warm water and lemon every morning before my coffee and staying hydrated all day long really helps me stay healthy and helps my skin look its best,” Mendes told E!

Eva’s other cheap but effective beauty secrets include removing makeup with coconut oil and using witch hazel as a facial cleanser and toner.

“Using coconut oil on a damp washcloth [removes makeup well],” said Mendes. “I’m also on the coconut oil bandwagon. I use it all over.”

Eva dabs witch hazel on a cotton ball across her face to control oily breakouts and keep her skin clear.

Eva, who looks fantastic after giving birth to boyfriend Ryan Gosling’s daughter in September 2014, said her bikini body fitness secrets include a sensible diet and fat-burning cardio workouts.

“I do cardio and light weights at least three times a week,” said Mendes, who doesn’t subscribe to starvation diets. “I think eating anything you want as long as it’s in moderation is good.”
