Britney Spears dazzled the 2015 ESPY Awards July 15 in a silver mini dress that accentuated her yoga-toned legs and low-carb weight loss.
Britney wowed the ESPY audience in a sparkly mini dress by fashion designer Davidson Zanine. Spears, who’s in the middle of her Las Vegas residency, recently showed off her hot yoga in an Instagram photo.
In the photo, Britney does a yoga back bend that accentuates her flat abs. “Namaste,” Spears wrote in the photo caption.
Spears’ weight loss and fitness secrets are a low-carb diet, cardio exercise and yoga workouts, Examiner reported.
“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically,” said Spears. “I don’t mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn’t have a problem being motivated.”

Britney previously said sticking to a diet is hard because she loves high-calorie, sugary foods. However, Spears generally follows a low carb diet, and these days has become partial to sushi.
Low-carb diets such as the ketogenic, Paleo and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.
Spears said she also does daily meditation to stay healthy. “I meditate, but I fall asleep,” said Britney.
