Heidi Klum showed off her smoking-hot bikini body in a new photoshoot for her Heidi Klum Intimate lingerie line.

Heidi posted several sizzling lingerie photos on Instagram that spotlighted her stunning physique.

Klum, a mom of four, is ridiculously fit, thanks to a low-carb diet and regular workouts that include circuit-training, cardio and weightlifting, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

“I’m pretty good about not eating too many carbs,” she said. “I love vegetables. I don’t eat bagels—no way! A bagel is basically a cardboard box. Usually I’ll have a smoothie in the morning.”

Low-carb diets such as the Atkins, ketogenic and Paleo diets fuel rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Heidi also tries to work out every day combining circuit-training workouts, strength-training, lunges, step-ups and rows, as well as belly-targeting exercises to keep her abs flat.

Klum makes an effort to incorporate exercise into her daily life by hiking with her children when they’re in Los Angeles, running on the treadmill for 30 minutes at home, and doing sit-ups and other calisthenics in her hotel room whenever she travels.

The German supermodel also works out with her longtime trainer, David Kirsch, author of The Ultimate New York Diet. While most people dread getting older, Heidi is comfortable with aging and has no interest in getting plastic surgery.

“I don’t think of getting older as looking better or worse; it’s just different,” said Klum. “You change, and that’s OK. Life is about change.
