Jennifer’s anti-aging weight loss and fitness secrets are a mostly vegan diet and rigorous 90-minute workouts with her trainer, Tracy Anderson, Examiner reported.
“Jennifer does the Tracy Anderson Method, which includes muscular structure work and between nine and 13 different exercises that change every 10 days,” said Anderson.

Anderson’s workouts with JLo typically combine high-intensity cardio dance exercise with light strength-training using body weight and high repetitions done with tiny hand weights (three pounds maximum).
Tracy, who also trains Gwyneth Paltrow, revealed her weight loss secrets in her bestselling book, Tracy Anderson’s 30-Day Method.

Lopez is no longer 100 percent vegan, but sticks to a mostly vegan diet because it has motivated her to eat more vegetables.
Jennifer’s foray into veganism was inspired by the 22-day vegan diet challenge Beyonce undertook in December 2013.
The 22-day vegan cleanse was designed by Beyonce’s trainer, exercise physiologist Marco Borges, creator of the 22 Days vegan protein bars, which Beyonce and Jennifer are huge fans of. Borges also is Lopez’s nutritionist.

While low-carb diets such as the Paleo, Atkins and ketogenic plans are all the rage these days, Marco Borges said a high-carb vegan diet is better for weight loss and overall health.
Marco advocates a vegan diet that eliminates dairy and all animal products. Borges, who shares his vegan diet and weight loss tips in his bestselling book, The 22-Day Revolution, said his vegan meal plan helped Beyonce lose 65 pounds several months after she gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy in 2012.

The 5-foot-7 Beyonce, who once weighed 195 pounds, lost 65 pounds using Marcos’ vegan diet plan, and said it can do the same for you.
Beyonce has since maintained her weight loss and recently made jaws drop after flaunting her unbelievable body in a nude Givenchy gown at the 2015 Met Gala (see photos above).
According to Borges, CEO of 22 Day Nutrition protein bars, following a vegan or vegetarian diet will promote effortless weight loss and dramatically improve your energy levels.

“With most diets, you see weight loss and then as soon as the program ends the weight slowly starts to add back up again,” said Borges. “With ‘The 22-Day Revolution, you’ll experience weight loss, improved sleep, clear skin, increased energy, improved sex drive and more.”
