Kendall Jenner Rules Balmain Show At Paris Fashion Week: Her Diet And Workout Tips

Kendall Jenner ruled the runway of the Balmain show at Paris Fashion Week Oct. 1 in two sizzling outfits that spotlighted her supermodel physique.

Kendall dazzled in a white lattice-cutout dress that accentuated her tiny waist and also wore a sexy brown jumpsuit with matching lace-up heels.

Kendall, who’s one of the highest paid models in the world, has credited a high-protein diet, detox tea and regular workouts for her supermodel body, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

“I like running,” said Kendall. “I’ve been trying to get back into it.”

Jenner, who also enjoys hiking, works out four days a week with celebrity fitness expert Gunnar Peterson, Examiner reported.

“I do whatever he tells me to do, some cardio, some muscle-building to tone myself up,” said Kendall. “I’ll run to a gym and get on the treadmill. I also do a lot of ab work and planking.”

Jenner, 19, has been on fire for the past year, racking up high-profile magazine photo spreads and landing coveted modeling contracts with Estee Lauder, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Givenchy and Balmain.

Kendall, who has walked the runways in New York, Paris, London and Milan, said her fashion-week diet secrets include detox tea, plenty of sleep and lots of water.

“I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea,” said Jenner. “I have 12 cups a day.” For snacks, Kendall eats low-sugar fruits like apples and strawberries and avoids processed junk food.

In 2014, Kendall’s half-sister, Kim Kardashian, lost 56 pounds in six months on a low carb ketogenic-style Atkins diet that limited her daily carb intake to less than 60 grams.

Limiting carbs encourages your body to burn fat for fuel, said Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity. Low-carb diet expert Dr. Jeff Volek agrees.

“Carbohydrate restriction is the proverbial ‘silver bullet’ for managing insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and type 2 diabetes,” said Volek, author of the bestseller, The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living.

Jenner’s beauty secrets include Estee Lauder’s Little Black Primer and Pure Color Envy Liquid Lip Potion.

Kendall also moisturizes her skin as much as possible to prevent premature wrinkles and keep her skin dewy.

“My moisturizer is by Elta MD, and it’s really good,” said Kendall. “It has sunscreen in it, so I wear sunscreen every day.”
