Lady Gaga showed off her yoga-toned body at the Oct. 3 premiere of “American Horror Story: Hotel” in Los Angeles.

On “American Horror Story,” the pop icon plays Countess, the blood-sucking proprietor of a mysterious hotel.

Gaga, an exercise fanatic, has practiced hot (or Bikram) yoga for years, and exercises even when she’s drunk, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

“I’ve got to work out every day, and I work out hung over if I am hung over,” she said. “And it’s about the cross-training and keeping yourself inspired. I do a ton of yoga.”

Yoga promotes natural weight loss and reduces stress, said Christina Brown, author of “The Yoga Bible.”

Gaga is in great shape after gaining 25 pounds in 2013 binge-eating pizza and pasta at her parents’ NYC Italian restaurant. She lost the weight quickly, saying her weight loss secrets are yoga and a portion-controlled diet, Examiner reported.

While the petite singer wasn’t bothered by her weight gain, she was called out by the media over her fuller figure, prompting her to hit back at critics via Twitter.

“To all the girls that think you’re ugly because you’re not a size 0, you’re the beautiful one. It’s society who’s ugly,” she said.

“To all the girls that think you’re ugly because you’re not a size 0, you’re the beautiful one. It’s society who’s ugly,” she said.

Gaga also revealed that she battled anorexia and bulimia for over 10 years, and encouraged fans to embrace their bodies without judgment.

“[I’ve had] bulimia and anorexia since I was 15,” she wrote on her blog. “My weight loss/gain since I was child has tormented me.”

Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, finally overcame bulimia after realizing the constant vomiting was damaging her voice. “I had to stop. The acid on your vocal chords — it’s very bad,” she said. “It’s very dangerous.”

Gaga urged young girls to value themselves and not get caught up in self-destructive cycles of crash-dieting and self-loathing.

The pop icon said she has finally learned to love herself, flaws and all. “This is who I am,” she wrote. “And I am proud at any size.”

Lady Gaga’s longtime trainer is fitness expert Harley Pasternak, author of “5 Pounds: The Breakthrough 5-Day Plan to Jump-Start Rapid Weight Loss.” Pasternak’s other celebrity clients include Jessica Simpson and Megan Fox.
