Pregnant Coco Austin’s Baby Bump At 7 Months Is Tiny: Her Diet And Workout

Nicole “Coco” Austin, who’s almost 8 months pregnant with her first child, showed off her tiny baby bump on Instagram in a pair of skin-tight jeggings.

Coco, who’s 31 weeks pregnant, said she follows a healthy diet and exercises during pregnancy to prevent excess weight gain.

Austin, who will name her baby girl Chanel, said she’s grateful to have stayed healthy and fit during pregnancy.

“So u ask where is my baby bump? Well, basically its going ALL to my boobs,” Coco joked on Instagram. “I feel so blessed to be breezing through the stages of pregnancy.”

As she did before getting pregnant, Austin follows a high-protein diet and works out regularly.

Coco said her pregnancy cravings center mostly around fruit. “I crave fruit!” said Austin. “I fantasize about a bowl of fruit. It’s so weird! Even when I’m not pregnant, I usually have fruit in my diet.”

Before pregnancy, Austin said she weighed 135 pounds at 5-foot-2, and her measurements were 39DD-23-40, Examiner reported.

Coco revealed on her blog that her weight loss and fitness secrets are a portion-controlled high-protein diet, weightlifting, yoga, and cardio exercise on the treadmill and stationary bike.

Coco, who’s married to rapper Ice-T, got breast implants age age 18, but denied getting butt implants or other butt-enhancing plastic surgery.
