Ivanka Trump, who’s pregnant with her third child, showed off her tiny baby bump while vacationing in Belize with husband Jared Kushner.
In the Instagram photo, Ivanka looks gorgeous in a sky-blue one-piece swimsuit as she cradles her baby belly.
“Enjoying the colorful backdrops in Belize,” Trump wrote in the caption to her Instagram selfie. “Jared and I snuck away together to enjoy a few days of R&R.”
Ivanka, who has two children (Arabella, 4, and Joseph, 2) looks model-slim and healthy during her pregnancy, thanks to a healthy diet and regular exercise.
Trump easily lost weight shortly after her two previous pregnancies with a low-carb diet, spinning and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
The blonde beauty says her meals usually center around protein such as salmon or chicken, and she’s careful to limit carb intake to ensure consistent energy throughout the day.
Low-carb diets such as the ketogenic, Paleo and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.
For exercise, the leggy 5-foot-11 Ivanka goes to spinning classes and works out with her trainer, who incorporates yoga, Pilates, dance and massage into their workouts. Ivanka also plays golf regularly.
