Kourtney Kardashian flashed her washboard abs following her 45-pound weight loss in an Instagram photo posted Dec. 29.
“Gym selfie,” Kourtney wrote in the caption to her photo, where posed in front of a mirror wearing exercise bra and leggings.
Kardashian, who gave birth to her third child in December 2015, has lost the 45 pounds she gained during her pregnancy.
Kourtney, who’s devoted to an organic diet and regular workouts that include yoga and cardio, has made an extra effort to get in top shape after recently breaking up with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick.
The 5-foot-2 brunette stunner is now skinnier and fitter than ever.
Kourtney has shared numerous workout photos and chronicled her weight loss on Instagram during the past year.
Kourtney’s weight loss secrets are an organic diet, waist training and intense exercise that includes yoga and cardio workouts such as running, Examiner reported.
Kardashian, 36, follows an organic diet, which she credits for her glowing skin, toned bikini body and youthful appearance.
“Good health begins with what you put in your body,” said fitness expert Elizabeth Stein, author of Eating Purely. “When you eat better, you feel better. It’s that simple.”
Kourtney also works out regularly to stay strong physically, mentally and emotionally.
“Working out is one of the only things that helps when I’m feeling anxious,” Kardashian said on Instagram.
Kourtney stayed healthy during her three pregnancies and lost weight quickly afterward with a low-carb organic diet and yoga workouts.
Yoga promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, building lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said Christina Brown, author of The Yoga Bible.
Low-carb diets such as the Atkins, Paleo and ketogenic diets accelerate weight loss by inducing your body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.
Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian have also credited corset waist training for flattening their bellies.
Waist training, or the “Corset Diet,” is a weight loss trend some women use to winnow down their midsection.
“This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair, who claims some of his patients have lost up to 6 inches off their bellies.
Kourtney’s sister Khloe also recently lost 35 pounds, thanks to waist training, rigorous exercise and a dairy-free diet.
