Gwen Stefani Flaunts Vegan Diet Weight Loss: Is Not Pregnant Based On Skinny Body

Gwen looked breathtaking and model-slim in a nude sequined gown that spotlighted her slender waist and toned legs (see video).

Despite rampant tabloid rumors she is pregnant, it’s obvious Stefani, 46, won’t become a mom again anytime soon. Gwen already has three children with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.

Gwen is happier than ever, thanks to new boyfriend Blake Shelton, whom she has been dating for the past few months. Stefani and Blake met as judges on “The Voice.”

Judging by her youthful figure and radiant skin, it’s hard to believe Stefani is 46 years old.

Stefani’s anti-aging fitness and beauty secrets are a low-carb, mostly vegan diet and rigorous exercise, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Gwen previously followed a 100% vegan diet but has since started eating some animal protein. “She avoids pasta, bread, and rice and drinks lots of water,” said a source.

Vegan diets have anti-aging health benefits and promote natural weight loss, said Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center.

“A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature — predominantly plants — is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention,” said Dr. Katz, author of Disease-Proof.

Dr. Neal Barnard agrees. “Studies suggest that free radicals [toxic molecules that form in the body] contribute to aging,” said Barnard, author of 21-Day Weight Loss Kickstart.

“A vegan diet, rich in fruits and vegetables, is full of antioxidants which help protect the body from damage by free radicals.”

Gwen joins a long list of celebrity vegetarians and vegans, who credit a 100% plant-based diet for its weight loss and anti-aging health benefits. Other celebrity vegans include Beyonce and Demi Moore.

Beyonce’s longtime trainer, Marco Borges, said The 22-Day Revolution diet helped her lose 65 pounds six months after she gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy in 2012

The 5-foot-7 Beyonce, who once weighed 195 pounds, has since maintained her weight loss and looks better than ever, Examiner reported.

Gwen Stefani stays model-skinny by working out 5 days a week. “I work out five days a week, I can’t imagine not doing it,” said Gwen, who has her own nail polish line and fragrance.

Stefani added: “I’m more like a man: I like going to the gym and lifting weights or doing a little boxing.”
