Jennifer Aniston is obsessed with a vegan weight loss diet called “The Taco Cleanse: The Tortilla-Based Diet Proven to Change Your Life” because it enables her to enjoy Mexican food while maintaining her fit bikini body.
The Taco Cleanse vegan diet is one of the most popular diets of 2016 because it promises easy weight loss without exhausting exercise and claims to detox your body and restore health.
Jennifer, who loves Mexican food, can’t wait to lose weight while enjoying her favorite vegan diet taco recipes.
Self-proclaimed “taco scientists” Wes Allison, Stephanie Bogdanich, Molly R. Frisinger and Jessica Morris say they each lost a significant amount of weight after eating tacos for 30 consecutive days.
“While the typical cleanse works by depriving you of your favorite foods, the plant-based Taco Cleanse rewards your body with what it naturally craves: tortillas, refried beans, guacamole!” the authors wrote in The Taco Cleanse: The Tortilla-Based Diet Proven to Change Your Life.
“Even if you do nothing else, your mood will brighten in just 24 hours,” the book promises. “Keep eating tacos and within a week your outlook will be noticeably improved.”
It’ll be interesting if Aniston will like the Taco Cleanse vegan diet. At 46, Jennifer is in fantastic shape, thanks to excellent skincare, a low-carb diet and regular exercise.
Aniston said drinking plenty of water, eating well, working out and taking care of her skin are her anti-aging beauty secrets.
“I start everyday with a good, solid breakfast,” said Jennifer. “I like to meditate every day for even just a few minutes. It helps clear the mind. I take a good multivitamin every day as well.”
Aniston said the key to keeping her skin wrinkle-free is drinking plenty of water.
“I drink smartwater all day, everyday,” said Jennifer. “I take care of my skin and try not to go into the sun as much as I used to. Also we are as young as we feel and treating yourself right is a great way to feel good. Being happy is also a key to looking and feeling younger.”
Aniston credits a low-carb diet and yoga workouts for her banging bikini body.
Low carb diets such as the ketogenic, Paleo and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.
“An apple with almond butter [is my favorite snack],” said Aniston. “Most nights I have protein and veggies for dinner and a chopped salad (no tomatoes) for lunch.”
Jennifer, a longtime yoga devotee, said her workout routine includes cardio exercise and strength training.
Jen is known for her lush, gorgeous hair, so it’s no surprise she now co-owns a beauty company that makes shampoos developed by MIT scientists.

Aniston doesn’t wash her hair every day because of the drying effects of commercial shampoo.

“When I’m really wiped out its time to go on a trip,” said Jennifer. “I have my go-to places in warm climates and sandy beaches like Mexico that really allow me to relax and get back on track.”
