Kourtney Kardashian showcased her flat abs and 45-pound weight loss on Instagram.

In the photo, Kourtney wears a black crop top that bares her washboard abs as she poses at her home office in a photospread for Architectural Digest magazine.

Judging by her skinny-minny physique, it’s hard to believe Kardashian is a mom of three small children.

Kardashian, who gave birth to her third child in December 2015, has lost 45 pounds during the past few months, thanks to diet and exercise.

Kourtney’s weight loss secrets are an organic diet, waist training and intense exercise that includes yoga and cardio workouts such as running, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Kourtney has chronicled her weight loss and shared numerous workout photos on Instagram during the past year.

Kardashian credited an organic diet for her glowing skin, hot bikini body and youthful appearance.

“Good health begins with what you put in your body,” said fitness expert Elizabeth Stein, author of Eating Purely. “When you eat better, you feel better. It’s that simple.”

Kourtney also swears by Fit Tea herbal weight loss tea, which reportedly suppresses appetite, detoxes the body and enhances fat-burning.

Kourtney also works out daily to stay strong physically, mentally and emotionally.

“Working out is one of the only things that helps when I’m feeling anxious,” Kardashian said on Instagram.

Kourtney stayed healthy during her three pregnancies and lost weight quickly afterward with a low-carb organic diet and yoga workouts.

Yoga promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, building lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said Christina Brown, author of The Yoga Bible.

Low-carb diets such as the Atkins, Paleo and ketogenic diets accelerate weight loss by inducing your body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Waist training, or the “Corset Diet,” is a weight loss trend some women use to winnow down their midsection.

“This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair, who claims some of his patients have lost up to 6 inches off their bellies.

Kourtney’s sister Khloe also recently lost 40 pounds, thanks to waist training, rigorous exercise and a dairy-free diet.
