Penélope Cruz looked gorgeous at the London premiere of Zoolander 2, where she ruled the red carpet in a glittery Versace gown.
Earlier that day, Cruz attended a photocall with co-stars Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson. At the photocall, Penelope looked ravishing in a form-fitting green dress that accentuated her lean dancer’s physique.
At 42, Cruz looks fantastic. Judging by her tone body, it’s hard to believe Penelope is a mom of two small children.
Penelope’s anti-aging fitness and weight loss secrets are fat-burning dance workouts and the Mediterranean diet, Examiner reported.
The Mediterranean diet, which is based on the traditional eating plans of the Italian, Greek and Spanish cultures, prevents heart disease and promotes natural weight loss, said Michael Ozner, author of The Complete Mediterranean Diet.
Studies show the Mediterranean diet, which emphasizes healthy fats such as olive oil and avocados, vegetables, lean proteins, beans, nuts, and seeds, also promotes longevity, and prevents high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s.
“I love Spanish food,” said Penelope. “My diet is the Mediterranean diet, which is good food.”
For exercise, Cruz prefers to do fat-blasting dance workouts at home. Penelope also does yoga, Pilates and runs.
Yoga promotes natural weight loss, is low-impact, and reduces stress, said Jennifer Aniston’s yoga teacher Mandy Ingber, author of Yogalosophy.
Penelope Cruz’s beauty secrets include the Vitamix, a moisturizing hair mask, and mascara, as Celebrity Health Fitness reported:
- Kérastase Nutritive Masquintense. “This is the best hair mask. It was always in my mother’s hair salon, and she knows a lot about healthy hair.”
- Lancôme Grandiose Mascara. “The wand has a very special design that lets you reach every single lash, even the tricky ones in the corners.”
- Nuance Blue Agave Wave Enhancing Styling Swirl. “Salma Hayek sent me this with a few of her other products, and they are all really, really great.”
- Vitamix 5200. “I use this to make juices as well as gazpacho. In Spain we eat gazpacho almost every day, so you get a lot of vegetables in a way that is very delicious.”
Despite her thriving acting career, Penelope said family is her top priority. “I always knew I wanted a family because of the way I grew up,” said Cruz, who’s married to actor Javier Bardem. “Family has always been the most important thing.”
