Khloe Kardashian is so proud of her 40-pound weight loss she posted several nude Instagram photos showcasing her newly slim body.

Khloe posed naked by a pool in the sexy Instagram photos. Kardashian snapped the pictures while vacationing in St. Barths with her family recently.

Khloe, who was bullied and teased as the “fat sister” growing up alongside slimmer older sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, has found a renewed self-confidence after losing 40 pounds during the past few months.

Khloe’s weight loss secrets were an organic diet, waist training, and fat-blasting workouts that combine cardio exercise and strength training, as Celebrity Health & Fitness previously revealed.

But consistent diet and exercise helped her eventually shed 40 pounds, and she couldn’t be happier.

Khloe said she was mercilessly taunted by the media as “Sasquatch” and “Big Foot” and was called “ugly sister” by Internet trolls, but the merciless mocking only made her more determined to lose weight and get her hot Revenge Body.

Kardashian said her daily diet menu usually looks like this:

  • Breakfast at 5 a.m. – A huge glass of water followed by black coffee.
  • Snack at 11 a.m. – Apple with peanut butter or nuts.
  • Lunch: Chinese chicken salad, more water and and chopped vegetables.
  • Dinner at 7 p.m. – Steamed vegetables and fish.
  • Evening snack – Greek yogurt and fruit.

Khloe daily workouts that combine fat-burning cardio exercise with weight training was instrumental to her 40-pound weight loss. She also trains on a bosu ball to improve her agility and tone her butt and thighs.

In addition to gym workouts, Kardashian relied on corset waist training helped her get flat abs.

Khloe and her sisters Kourtney and Kim wear waist trainers several hours a day to flatten their tummies, as Celebrity Health & Fitness previously reported.

Khloe has repeatedly denied rumors she got butt implants, liposuction and other plastic surgery, saying hard work is responsible for her toned glutes and thighs.

“People say I’ve had my butt done or I’ve had liposuction,” Khloe tweeted. “I take it as a compliment.”
