Lori Loughlin flaunted her washboard abs and fit yoga body after a workout session with celebrity fitness expert Simone De La Rue, who also trains Sandra Bullock.
Lori looked amazing as she posed with Simone on Instagram following an intense weekend workout. Judging by her ripped abs and fat-free physique, it’s hard to believe Loughlin is a 51-year-old mom of two.
“Sweaty Saturday with @bodybysimone the best way to start the weekend,” the “Fuller House” star wrote in the photo caption.
Lori’s anti-aging workout secrets are yoga, Pilates and strength training, Examiner reported.
Loughlin tries to do yoga every day to keep her muscles toned and her mind strong.
Yoga promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, building lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said Christina Brown, author of The Yoga Bible.
Simone De La Rue also trains Hollywood hottie Sandra Bullock, as Celebrity Health Fitness previously reported.
Like Lori Loughlin, Bullock is a goddess at 51, thanks to Simone’s workouts, which combine Pilates, strength training, and cardio dance moves to promote weight loss and muscle tone.
“My workouts are fast-paced, fun, and targeted for the muscle groups women most want to tone: arms, abs, glutes, and thighs,” De La Rue wrote in her bestselling book, Body By Simone.
Lori Loughlin’s diet secret is moderation: She eats a sensible, balanced diet and doesn’t starve or deprive herself.
Loughlin focuses on being healthy and happy rather than looking young. Ironically, by not focusing on looking young, Lori has achieved just that.
“You can’t turn around and look 20 again,” said Lori. “My mother always said, ‘When you have your health, you have your wealth.’ And it’s true.”
