Pamela Anderson posed naked wearing a seductive black wig and high heels from her new vegan shoe line in Paper magazine.
Judging by her super-fit nude body, it’s hard to believe Anderson is a 48-year-old mom of two.
While most 48-year-olds would be terrified of posing naked, Pamela loves to show off her body, which she has maintained with a vegan diet.
The 5-foot-7 Pamela weighs a sleek 115 pounds, thanks to her plant-based diet, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Other celebrity vegans include Demi Moore and Beyonce, who credited a vegan diet for her 65 pound post-baby weight loss.
While Anderson isn’t an exercise fanatic like she was during her 20s, she works out regularly, and said a vegan diet has helped her manage hepatitis C since 2002, Examiner reported.
“I have Hepatitis C and I feel great, which I think has a lot to do with my diet,” Pam said in 2010. “I feel better [following a vegan diet]. I always feel healthy.”
The anti-aging weight loss and health benefits of a vegan diet aren’t surprising to Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center.
“A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature — predominantly plants — is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention,” said Dr. Katz, author of Disease-Proof.
Beyonce’s longtime fitness trainer, exercise physiologist Marcos Borges, agrees.
The more greens you eat, the more weight you will lose, said Borges, author of the bestseller The 22 Day Revolution.
Pamela is currently writing a vegan diet cookbook and is happier than ever. “It’s a great time for me right now,” said Anderson. “My kids are grown. I’m so proud of them, and they are very proud of Mom.”
