Khloe Kardashian flaunted her six-pack abs and 40-pound weight loss on Instagram amid speculation she had Photoshopped herself to look thinner.
“If only hatin’ burned calories how dope y’all would be. Too bad it doesn’t,” Khloe wrote in the caption to her Instagram selfie. “Here’s the OG shot. The petty movement ain’t cute. Oh and I almost forgot…. Namaste.”
The Photoshop flap erupted after fans noticed a suspicious curve in the door frame behind Kardashian. She quickly deleted the photo and later reposted it without the curved door frame.
Kardashian’s body looked almost the same in both shots, so it’s unclear what the brouhaha was about.
While Khloe (and other celebrities) admit they use Photoshop to edit pictures, there’s no denying Kardashian is in the best shape of her life after her 40-pound weight loss.
Khloe’s weight loss secrets were a dairy-free diet, waist training, and intense daily workouts that combine cardio exercise and weightlifting, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Kardashian said exercise helped her cope with the enormous stress she felt when husband Lamar Odom was hospitalized in a coma in October 2015.
“Mentally, it took its toll on me,” she said. “Once I started getting my feet back under me a little bit, I was like, ‘I need to get back to my [fitness] routine.”
Khloe shared her diet, workout, weight loss, and beauty secrets in her book, Strong Looks Better Naked.
Khloe snacks on pre-cut vegetables and fruits like strawberries and blackberries during the day and drinks almond milk instead of cow’s milk, which she says causes bloating and weight gain.
Khloe does daily workouts that combine fat-burning cardio exercise with weight training. She also trains on a bosu ball to improve her agility and tone her butt and thighs.
In addition to rigorous workouts, Kardashian said corset waist training helped her get flat abs.
Khloe and her sisters Kourtney and Kim Kardashian also do corset waist training to slim down their waistline, Examiner reported.
Khloe’s sister Kim said she wore a waist trainer to bed every night to make her waist smaller after she gave birth to daughter North in 2014.
Kourtney recently lost 45 pounds with an organic diet, waist training and exercise.
Khloe’s beauty secrets include her favorite makeup products to keep her skin radiant and blemish-free, as Celebrity Health & Fitness has reported.
“When my t-zone gets oily, I feel like it makes my face look dirty, so I’m powdering with Ben Nye Translucent Face Powder all the time,” said Khloe.
“I like the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunscreen because it doesn’t leave the film that others will.”
Kardashian uses two different facial cleansers to prevent wrinkles and keep her skin smooth and glowing.
“Every night, I wash my face with two different cleansers,” said Kardashian. “One is the Kiehl’s Blue Herbal Gel Cleanser. It’s for breakouts because it’s just so intense. I use either baby oil or coconut oil to take off my makeup.
Khloe added: “After that, I use La Mer’s Crème de La Mer every night and then lather my skin in Bio-Oil Specialist Moisturizer. Sometimes I combine the two to thin it out, but I tend to like a really heavy cream to sleep in.”
“Kourtney got me into all these Mama Mio products that are all natural—I think she used them when she was breastfeeding. There is one that’s called the Shrink to Fit Cellulite Smoother that I like.”
Khloe added: “I use one of their other products called the Pregnancy Boob Tube every day. It’s got avocado oil and shea butter so when your boobs are growing you don’t get stretch marks. I like it because it tightens your neck, too. I’ve been using it every day for a year.”
