Kim Kardashian posted another nude Instagram photo after being slammed on social media for being a media whore whose only talent is posing naked.
Kim generated countless headlines March 6 after posting a NSFW nude photo that spotlighted her sexy curves.
While many press reports said the naked selfie was recent, Kardashian said it was an old photo from 2015, when she was many pounds lighter than she is now, Examiner reported.
Kim has not posted many body photos since giving birth to son Saint in December 2015 because she’s still trying to lose the 60 pounds of baby weight she gained.
Kardashian lost 30 pounds shortly after delivery, and has since lost an additional 10 pounds with the low-carb Atkins diet, waist training, and rigorous workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
The 5-foot-2 Kardashian has set a goal weight of 120 pounds. The brunette beauty weighed 190 pounds when she gave birth in December 2015, and has since lost over 40 pounds with a low-carb, high-fat Atkins diet that limits her daily carb intake to 40 grams.
Low carb, high-fat diets such as the Atkins and ketogenic diets promote rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Kim’s sister Kourtney Kardashian recently lost 45 pounds after her third pregnancy with an organic diet, waist training, and yoga workouts.
