Britney Spears proudly showcased her hot bikini body on Instagram, where she posted a short video of herself dancing on the beach.

In the photo, Britney looks fit in a tiny orange bikini while gyrating to the song “Feel Right” by Mark Ronson featuring Mystikal.

Tabloids claim Spears’ impressive weight loss and hot body are due to extensive plastic surgery, but it takes a lot more than liposuction to look that good.

The mom of two often shares Instagram photos of herself exercising at the gym, and her grueling daily dance performances in Las Vegas give her an intense workout.

Britney’s weight loss and bikini fitness secrets are a low carb diet, cardio exercise and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Britney admits she has trouble sticking to a healthy diet, but loves to exercise.

“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically,” said Spears, who has her own bestselling perfume line.

Spears said it’s hard to stay thin after two pregnancies, but a low carb diet combined with fat-blasting cardio sessions keep her fit. Britney usually runs on the treadmill or the elliptical trainer at home.

Britney loves high-calorie, high-carb, sugary foods, but typically follows a low carb diet to stay fit, Examiner reported.

Low carb diets such as the ketogenic and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Dr. David Ludwig, a physician and nutrition professor at Harvard, agrees.

“‘Eat less, exercise more’ doesn’t work,” said Ludwig, who has an MD and Ph.D. from Stanford University.

By reducing carbs and eating more healthy fats, you can accelerate weight loss and enjoy consistent energy throughout the day, said Dr. Ludwig, author of Always Hungry? Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells, and Lose Weight Permanently.

Ludwig said the true cause of weight gain isn’t too many calories, but a diet that’s high in refined carbs and sugars. Our body stores fat when we experience insulin spikes, which are caused by eating too much sugar and low-quality carbs like bread, he explained.
