Rob Kardashian tried on noticeably smaller clothes following his eye-popping weight loss.

In an Instagram video filmed by girlfriend Blac Chyna, a dramatically slimmer Kardashian poses in front of a dressing room mirror while shopping for sweatpants.

In another video filmed days earlier, a smiling Rob posed shirtless on a balcony, looking fitter than he has in three years.

Kardashian, who was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, has lost 50 pounds with a low carb diet and intense workouts, Examiner reported.

Rob’s diet excludes red meat and fast food, and he exercises 5 days a week.

Rob has really amped up his weight loss efforts after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

Kardashian has been estranged from his sisters since he began dating Blac Chyna in January 2016, but she has really helped him clean up his diet and motivated him to work out again, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

“[Rob] has really been taking care of himself,” said a source. “It really all is because of Blac Chyna.”

Kardashian’s weight loss secrets are a low-carb diet that excludes red meat and fast food. Rob also exercises 5 days a week to manage his type 2 diabetes.

Rob’s older sister, Kim Kardashian, recently lost 42 pounds with the low-carb, high-fat Atkins diet.

Kim is planning to shed an additional 40 pounds with the Atkins 40 Diet, which limits her daily carb intake to 40 net grams.

Low carb, high-fat diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets promote rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Physician and Harvard University nutrition professor Dr. David Ludwig agrees.

In 2014, Kardashian lost 56 pounds in 6 months with an Atkins diet that limited her daily carb intake to less than 60 net grams.

Meanwhile, Rob Kardashian is a lot happier since he began dating Blac Chyna. Not only has he lost 70 pounds, but he has finally started coming out of his shell after being a recluse for the past three years.
