Gwen Stefani is fitter than ever since she began dating country superstar Blake Shelton.
Judging by her glowing skin and fat-free physique, it’s hard to believe Stefani is 46 years old.
Stefani’s anti-aging fitness and beauty secrets are a mostly vegan diet and rigorous exercise, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Gwen previously followed a 100% vegan diet but has since started eating some animal protein. “She avoids pasta, bread, and rice and drinks lots of water,” said a source.

Vegan diets have anti-aging health benefits and promote natural weight loss, said Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center.
“A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature — predominantly plants — is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention,” said Dr. Katz, author of Disease-Proof.
Dr. Neal Barnard agrees. “Studies suggest that free radicals [toxic molecules that form in the body] contribute to aging,” said Barnard, author of 21-Day Weight Loss Kickstart.
“A vegan diet, rich in fruits and vegetables, is full of antioxidants which help protect the body from damage by free radicals.”

Gwen joins a long list of celebrity vegetarians and vegans, who credit a 100% plant-based diet for its weight loss and anti-aging health benefits. Other celebrity vegans include Beyonce and Demi Moore.
Beyonce’s longtime trainer, Marco Borges, said The 22-Day Revolution diet helped her lose 65 pounds six months after she gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy in 2012
The 5-foot-7 Beyonce, who once weighed 195 pounds, has since maintained her weight loss and looks better than ever.

Gwen Stefani stays model-skinny by working out 5 days a week.
“I work out five days a week, I can’t imagine not doing it,” said Gwen, who has her own nail polish line and fragrance.
Stefani added: “I’m more like a man: I like going to the gym and lifting weights or doing a little boxing.”
