Emily Ratajkowski flaunted her sexy bikini body on Instagram, to her the delight of her numerous fans.
Emily’s bikini body fitness secrets are a high-protein, meat-heavy diet, yoga workouts and hiking, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“I’m a carnivore,” said Ratajowski. “I really like to eat meat. I crave iron, so I am definitely not the kind of person who you will find eating a salad.”
While Ratajowski follows a healthy diet most of the time, she doesn’t deprive herself and enjoys cupcakes and croissants when she wants to indulge.
For exercise, the willowy Ratajowski does yoga workouts several times a week and hikes, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“I really like to hike,” said Emily. “And doing yoga a couple of times a week is a really big part of my regimen.”
Ratajowski’s beauty secrets include inexpensive drugstore products that are chemical-free.
“For my day-to-day, especially because traveling is so drying, I use a couple of different moisturizers: Chloé body lotion and Aquaphor,” Emily said.
“I put Aquaphor on my knees because planes dry me out so much.”
Emily’s favorite makeup line is Tarte because they give her skin a radiant glow.
“I love all of the Tarte Cosmetics because they’re good for getting that dewy kind of look,” said Ratajowski. “They have a great mascara too.”
As for what she loves in a man, Emily said the way to her heart is through her stomach.
“I’m a complete foodie, but I’m a terrible cook,” said Ratajowski. “If a guy can get me in the kitchen and we actually have fun cooking, that’s amazing.”
