Miley Cyrus showed off her impressive yoga moves during a morning workout at home.
Cyrus posted several Instagram videos of herself doing yoga in a red sports bra and gray sweatpants.

Cyrus, who recently got back together with former boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, has calmed down a lot since reuniting with the hunky Australian actor.
Cyrus has denied speculation she abuses drugs, and said she’s healthier than ever, thanks to a vegan diet, yoga, and Pilates workouts, Examiner reported.
Miley’s longtime Pilates teacher, Mari Winsor, said the pop star is a fitness fanatic.
“She’s healthy and she feels good,” said Mari Winsor, creator of the Lower Body Pilates workout DVD.
Cyrus does Pilates for an hour a day, and does yoga as often as possible.
Miley switched to a vegan diet in 2014 after the death of her beloved dog Floyd, and credits it for her good health.
Miley Cyrus joins a long list of celebrity vegetarians and vegans, who credit a plant-based diet for its weight loss and anti-aging health benefits. Other celebrity vegans include Beyonce and Demi Moore.
The 5-foot-7 Beyonce, who weighed 195 pounds while pregnant, lost 65 pounds on a vegan diet.
Beyonce has since maintained her weight loss since 2012 and credits the vegan diet for her hot bikini body, as Celebrity Health Fitness reported.

“With ‘The 22-Day Revolution, you’ll experience weight loss, improved sleep, clear skin, increased energy, improved sex drive and more.”
Vegan diets have anti-aging health benefits and promote natural weight loss, said Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center.
“A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature — predominantly plants — is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention,” said Dr. Katz, author of Disease-Proof.
Dr. Neal Barnard agrees. A vegan diet helps protect the body from damage by free radicals, and slows down the aging process, said Dr. Barnard, author of 21-Day Weight Loss Kickstart.
