Melissa McCarthy flaunted her shapely size 14 physique following her 75-pound weight loss with a low-carb diet.

In a recent Instagram photo, Melissa looks adorable in checkered pants and an empire-waisted dark top that accentuated her dramatic recent weight loss.

Despite her 75-weight loss, Melissa remains a vocal advocate for larger women, saying women should love their bodies no matter what their weight or size.

Melissa, who recently launched her all-sizes clothing line, Melissa McCarthy Seven7, said all women are beautiful, even if they’re not model-skinny.

McCarthy is thrilled to champion plus-size women, who have been marginalized by the fashion industry, TheImproper reported.

“There’s a big thing missing where you can’t dress to your mood above a certain number,” said Melissa. “I’ve been every size under the rainbow. My sense of style never left me, but my options did.”

The Melissa McCarthy Seven7 collection has lots of cute, flattering styles and is not just for plus size or super-skinny women.

Meanwhile, McCarthy looks fantastic after losing 75 pounds with a low carb diet and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Low carb diets such as the ketogenic and Atkins diets promote rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.
