Khloe Kardashian, who lost 40 pounds with diet and exercise, called sister Kourtney her weight loss motivation in an Instagram photo.
Khloe gushed over Kourtney’s flat abs in an Instagram selfie taken after a gym workout.
“Can you believe my sister’s abs?!” she wrote in the caption. “Ok @kourtneykardash I see you boo! I miss my workout buddy!! You’re my motivation!”
Khloe has every right to be proud of her sister: You’d never guess Kourtney is a mom of three judging by her hot body.
Both Kardashians look fantastic after losing a combined 95 pounds: Kourtney lost 45 pound with an organic diet, exercise and waist training, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Similarly, Khloe lost 40 pounds with a dairy-free diet, intense workouts and waist training, Examiner reported.
Kardashian said exercise helped her cope with the stress and depression she felt when husband Lamar Odom was hospitalized in October 2015.
“Mentally, it took its toll on me,” she said. “Once I started getting my feet back under me a little bit, I was like, ‘I need to get back to my [workout] routine.”
Khloe snacks on pre-cut vegetables and fruits like strawberries and blackberries during the day and drinks almond milk instead of cow’s milk, which she says causes bloating and weight gain.
Kardashian’s daily workouts combine fat-blasting cardio exercise with weightlifting. She also trains on a bosu ball to tone her butt and thighs.

In addition to rigorous exercise, Kardashian said corset waist training helped her get flat abs.
Khloe and her sisters Kourtney, Kim, and Kendall also do corset waist training to slim down their waistline.
Kim wore a waist trainer to bed every night to make her waist smaller after she gave birth to daughter North in 2014.
Kim recently lost 42 pounds in 3 months after giving birth to son Saint in December 2015, as Celebrity Health Fitness reported.
Kim, who weighed 190 pounds when she delivered her son, now weighs 148 pounds. She wants to lose another 28 pounds to reach her goal weight of 120 pounds.
