Jessica Alba flaunted her smoking-hot bikini body while vacationing in Hawaii.

In one photo, Alba looked stunning in a turquoise bikini that spotlighted her lean physique.

In other photos, Jessica sports a tiny  blue-and-white bikini while walking on the beach. Judging by her toned body, it’s hard to believe Alba is a mom of two.

Alba maintains her sizzling bikini body with a low-carb, Paleo-style diet and CrossFit workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Alba’s diet is a low-carb Paleo-based plan that features healthy fats, high-quality proteins and low-starch organic vegetables and fruits, TheImproper reported. Like other Paleos, Jessica avoid processed foods.

For exercise, Jessica Alba does CrossFit, yoga, runs on the treadmill, lifts weights, and takes spinning classes.

Jessica Alba previously trained with CrossFit coach Yumi Lee. Lee is married to CrossFit athlete Ron Mathews, who trains Joe Manganiello.

Manganiello has credited a low-carb Paleo diet and CrossFit for his rippling physique. Joe shared his diet secrets and workout routine in his bestselling book, Evolution.

Similarly, country superstar Tim McGraw lost 40 pounds with CrossFit and the Paleo diet. McGraw now has a rippling 8-pack for the first time in his life at age 48.

Research shows the Paleo diet promotes natural weight loss, reduces blood pressure, and prevents cancer, diabetes, heart disease, depression, and even Alzheimer’s.

A study published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition indicated the Paleo diet is twice as effective as other diets for promoting weight loss and reducing belly fat.

Clinical trials have shown the Paleo diet reduces the risk of heart disease, curbs inflammation, and promotes weight loss, said Loren Cordain, author of The Real Paleo Diet Cookbook.

Fitness guru Mark Sisson, a former triathlete agrees. The Paleo diet can boost athletic performance and fat-burning and slow down the aging process, said Sisson, author of Primal Endurance.
