In the Instagram photo, Britney looks smoking-hot in a white crop top and tiny lavender shorts that spotlight her yoga-toned legs and flat abs. Spears has gotten progressively slimmer and more toned in recent months.
Britney’s weight loss and bikini fitness secrets are a low carb diet, cardio exercise and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
The pop star loves to exercise but admitted she has trouble sticking to a healthy diet.

“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically,” said Spears, who has her own perfume line.
Britney said her metabolism has slowed down after two pregnancies, but a low carb diet and cardio exercise keep her fit. Britney usually runs on the treadmill or the elliptical trainer at home.
Spears loves high-calorie, high-carb, sugary foods, but typically follows a low carb diet, Examiner reported.
