Britney Spears shut down Photoshop speculation by flaunting her yoga-toned bikini body while vacationing in Hawaii.

Britney posted sexy bikini photos on Instagram from Hawaii, where she enjoyed a sun-splashed beach vacation.

After being accused of Photoshopping a bikini selfie to make herself look skinnier, Spears posed in a tiny turquoise bikini that spotlighted her body, which is definitely superfit.

Britney’s weight loss and bikini fitness secrets are a low carb diet, cardio exercise and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

The mom of two loves to exercise but said she hates dieting.

“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically,” said Spears, who has her own perfume line.

Britney said her metabolism slowed down after two pregnancies, but a low carb diet and cardio exercise keep her weight under control.

Spears usually runs on the treadmill or the elliptical trainer at home to torch calories and keep her legs and butt tight.

Britney has a sweet tooth and loves high-carb, sugary foods, but typically follows a low carb diet, Examiner reported.

Low carb, high-fat diets such as the ketogenic and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Dr. David Ludwig, author of Always Hungry? Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells, agrees. Ludwig himself lost 20 pounds in 3 months without feeling hungry or counting calories with a low-carb diet.

Low carb diets keep blood sugar stable and suppress appetite, said Ludwig, a physician and Harvard nutrition professor. Low-carb, high-fat diets have also been shown to enhance mood and prevent depression.
