Jennifer Lopez looked flawless in a form-fitting nude dress as she co-hosted “The View.”
Lopez is sexier than ever following her recent 10-pound weight loss on a vegan diet.
While Jennifer is one of the fittest celebrities in Hollywood, she thought she looked “chunky” in old photos.
“I was a little bit on the chunky side there as you can see,” said Lopez.
When “The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg interjected in disbelief, Jennifer explained that her weight usually fluctuates 7 to 8 pounds, but she got thinner recently because of the daily cardio workouts she gets performing in Las Vegas.

“I fluctuate,” said JLo. “I go up and down like 7 or 8 pounds all the time. When I’m doing the [Vegas] show I get slim. But when I stop, I get chunky. I feel it.”
At 47, Lopez is hotter than ever since losing 10 pounds recently. Jennifer’s weight loss secrets were a vegan diet and fat-burning cardio exercise, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“Jennifer does the Tracy Anderson Method, which includes muscular structure work and between nine and 13 different exercises that change every 10 days,” said celebrity fitness trainer Tracy Anderson.
Anderson’s workouts with JLo typically combine high-intensity cardio dance exercise with light strength-training using body weight and high repetitions done with tiny hand weights (3 pounds maximum).

Tracy, who also trains Gwyneth Paltrow, revealed her weight loss secrets in her bestselling book, Tracy Anderson’s 30-Day Method.
Lopez is no longer 100 percent vegan, but sticks to a mostly vegan diet because it has motivated her to eat more vegetables, TheImproper reported.
“Even if you’re 70 to 80 percent vegan, it’s so much better having those vegetables, greens, and plant-based stuff,” said the mom of two. “It’s going to change your life and health.”
Jennifer’s foray into veganism was inspired by the 22-day vegan diet challenge Beyonce undertook in December 2013.
The 22-day vegan cleanse was designed by Beyonce’s trainer, exercise physiologist Marco Borges, creator of the 22 Days vegan protein bars, which Beyonce and Jennifer are huge fans of. Borges is also Lopez’s nutritionist.
Borges, who shared his vegan diet weight loss tips in The 22-Day Revolution, said his vegan meal plan helped Beyonce lose 65 pounds in 6 months after she gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy in 2012.
The 5-foot-7 Beyonce, who once weighed 195 pounds, lost 65 pounds using Marcos’ vegan diet plan, and said it can do the same for you.
According to Borges, CEO of 22 Day Nutrition protein bars, following a vegan or vegetarian diet will promote natural weight loss and dramatically improve your energy levels.
“With most diets, you see weight loss and then as soon as the program ends the weight slowly starts to add back up again,” said Borges. “With ‘The 22-Day Revolution, you’ll experience weight loss, improved sleep, clear skin, increased energy, improved sex drive and more.”
