Victoria Beckham showed off her impressive flexibility on Instagram while modeling fashionable slacks from her own clothing line.
“It’s amazing what you can do in culottes,” Beckham wrote in the photo caption. “Those ballet classes are paying off!”
Judging by her model-skinny body, it’s hard to believe Victoria is a mom of four.
Experts say people can eat to satiety while preventing inflammation and disease on the Alkaline Diet, say experts.
The theory behind the Alkaline Diet is that eating a diet high in alkaline-producing foods minimizes acid buildup in our bodies (which fuels inflammation, aging and weight gain).
Victoria is a longtime follower of the Alkaline Diet, which includes plenty of fresh green vegetables, fruits, beans, lentils, spices, seeds and nuts.
When you ingest too many acidic foods, your pH levels get disrupted, causing weight gain and disease, said Dr. Stephan Domenig, author of The Alkaline Cure.
In addition to aiding weight loss, the alkaline diet enhances the way your body and mind function, said Marta Tuchowska, author of How to Lose Massive Weight with the Alkaline Diet.
Other celebrities who follow the Alkaline Diet include Elle Macpherson, Kelly Ripa and Kate Hudson, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
For exercise, Victoria Beckham does yoga regularly and runs every morning. “I run four miles a day on the treadmill,” said the wife of soccer superstar David Beckham.
