Amber Rose flaunted her sexy bikini body on Instagram and looks amazing, thanks to a high-protein diet, yoga workouts and waist training.

In the smoking-hot photo, Amber spotlights her tiny waist in a pair of hot-pink panties and a white crop top.

Rose said she drinks Fit Tea detox tea to maintain her curvy bikini body. Proponents say Fit Tea aids weight loss by suppressing appetite, burning body fat and boosting the immune system.

Kourtney Kardashian, who recently lost 45 pounds, is also a fan of Fit Tea.

Amber, who is hailed for her over-the-top curves, said her weight loss secrets are a portion-controlled diet, waist training and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

The 5-foot-8 Rose, who weighed 202 pounds while pregnant, lost all her baby weight in 7 months by eating less, doing yoga and working out with a trainer 90 minutes a day.

Yoga promotes natural weight loss, is low-impact exercise, and reduces stress, said Jennifer Aniston’s yoga teacher Mandy Ingber, author of Yogalosophy.

Like Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Jessica Alba, Amber also does corset waist training to whittle her midsection.

Rose said she wears her waist trainer 6 hours a day. “I wear mine 6 hrs daily & it’s comfortable!” Amber wrote on Instagram. “Ladies, treat yourself! The best project you will ever work on is YOU.”

Plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair claims some of his patients have lost up to 6 inches off their midsection with waist training.  “This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said Dr. Sinclair.

Kim Kardashian said she wore a waist trainer to bed every night to make her waist smaller ahead of her 2014 wedding.

Actress Jessica Alba has credited wearing double corsets around the clock for three months for her dramatic post-baby weight loss.

Similarly, Brooke Burke Charvet, creator of the Transform Your Body workout DVD, said wearing a corset was responsible for her stunning post-baby weight loss after each of her four pregnancies.
