Lisa Rinna showcased her yoga-toned bikini body on Instagram during a sun-splashed vacation in Mexico.

Rinna, star of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, hit back at haters who called her anorexic, saying her body is healthy.

“Chill B*tches,” Lisa wrote on Instagram. “I am proud of my body, it is strong and healthy. We come in all shapes and sizes body shaming is wrong on every level.”

Rinna, a lifelong fitness fanatic, exercises every day and stays skinny with a mostly vegan diet, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

“I call myself a dirty vegan,” said Lisa. “I’m mostly plant-based, but if I do need to eat some meat, I’ll have it.”

Rinna joins a long list of celebrity vegans, including Christie Brinkley, Demi Moore, and Jennifer Lopez, who credit the plant-based eating plan for their youthful beauty and health.

The age-defying health and weight loss benefits of a vegan diet are no surprise to Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center.

“A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature — predominantly plants — is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention,” said Dr. Katz, author of Disease-Proof.

Dr. Neal Barnard agrees. “A vegan diet, rich in fruits and vegetables, is full of antioxidants which help protect the body from damage by free radicals,” said Barnard, author of 21-Day Weight Loss Kickstart.

Supermodel Christie Brinkley said the vegan diet has kept her young, healthy, and gorgeous at age 62.

“I made the decision [to become vegetarian at age 13] because I loved animals and didn’t want to be a part of the slaughter industry,” said Brinkley, author of Timeless Beauty. ” I’ve been reaping the benefits of that karma ever since.”

Lisa Rinna also exercises daily, alternating between cardio exercise such as spinning and yoga workouts.

Yoga is anti-aging and promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, sculpting lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said Jennifer Aniston’s yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber, author of Yogalosophy.

“It’s really good to move every day,” said Rinna, who works out 6 days a week. “I really love the combination of SoulCycle and yoga. It keeps me balanced and sane.”
