Kim Kardashian showed off her post-baby body and 42-pound weight loss while partying at the Hakkasan Nightclub in Las Vegas.
Kim wore a glittery black and white Balmain dress that accentuated her hourglass curves.
Kardashian, who gained almost 70 pounds during her second pregnancy, recently lost 42 pounds with the low-carb, high-fat Akins diet, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
The 5-foot-2 Kim, who weighed 190 pounds at delivery, now weighs 148 pounds after losing 42 pounds on the Atkins diet. She wants to lose 20 more pounds.
Kim’s weight loss secrets were the low carb Atkins diet, exercise and waist training. Under her Atkins plan, Kardashian is limiting her daily carb intake to about 40 grams a day.
This isn’t the first time Kim has relied on the low carb, high-fat Atkins diet to lose weight.
In 2014, Kardashian lost 56 pounds in six months with an Atkins diet that limited her daily carb intake to less than 60 net grams, Examiner reported.
Low carb, high-fat diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets promote rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

In addition to Atkins, Kardashian also exercises regularly and wears a waist trainer several hours a day to narrow her waist.
Kim said looking back at old bikini photos of herself reminds her to not get frustrated when she doesn’t lose weight quickly. “I have to be patient,” said Kardashian. “You can do it, it will just take time. Stay focused, and don’t let anything get you off track.”
