Jennifer Aniston has been named 2016’s Most Beautiful Woman in the World by People magazine.
Aniston said she’s flattered by the honor, which previously went to other Hollywood beauties like Angelina Jolie, Halle Berry, and Gwyneth Paltrow. Last year’s winner was the dazzling Sandra Bullock.
At 47, Jennifer is healthier and happier than ever after marrying actor Justin Theroux in 2015.
Aniston’s anti-aging beauty and fitness secrets are a low carb diet, yoga workouts, cardio exercise and careful skincare, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Low carb, high-fat diets such as the ketogenic and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.
“An apple with almond butter [is my favorite snack],” said Aniston. “Most nights I have protein and veggies for dinner and a chopped salad (no tomatoes) for lunch.”
Jennifer is a longtime workout fanatic who has practiced yoga for more than 20 years with Mandy Ingber, her friend and yoga teacher. “If yoga didn’t exist, I’d invent it,” said Aniston.

Ingber, author of Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover, does yoga with Jennifer 3-4 times a week.
“We incorporate cardio and toners into the yoga sessions, much like I do in my Yogalosophy DVD,” said Mandy. “We meet up about three times a week, and our sessions are 60 to 90 minutes.”
Jennifer also does weight-training and fat-blasting cardio exercise. “I like to mix it up with some Power Yoga, treadmill, elliptical machine, and low weight training,” she said.
Jen is known for her lush, gorgeous hair, so it’s no surprise that she now co-owns a beauty company that makes shampoos developed by MIT scientists.

Aniston swears by Living Proof shampoos and conditioners, saying the products make her hair shiny, strong and healthy without damaging chemicals. Jennifer doesn’t wash her hair every day because of the drying effects of commercial shampoo.
Jennifer’s anti-aging beauty secrets also include meditation, stress management and lots of water. When asked what her weirdest beauty secret is, Jen laughed.

“The closest I’ll ever go is a Derma roller,” said Jennifer Aniston. “Google it — it’s great. It’s like a little wheel that has little pins, like acupuncture needles, and you roll it and it stimulates your collagen.”
Unlike other celebrities, Jennifer enjoys aging, saying this is the best time of her life. “I’ve had more fun post-40 than I can remember,” said Aniston. “From a work point of view, a physical point of view, a psycho-therapeutic point of view.”
