Kardashian, who gave birth in December 2015, said she now weighs 139 pounds — just 4 pounds away from her pre-pregnancy weight of 135.
Kim has lost more than 50 pounds in the past 4 months. Her weight loss secrets include the low carb high-fat Atkins diet and cardio exercise, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

The 5-foot-2 Kim, who weighed 190 pounds at childbirth, has lost 50 pounds on the Atkins diet during the past 4 months. She wants to lose 20 more pounds to reach her goal weight of 120.
Kardashian is limiting her daily carb intake to about 40 grams a day. This isn’t the first time Kim has relied on the low carb, high-fat Atkins diet to lose weight.
In 2014, Kardashian lost 56 pounds in 6 months with an Atkins diet that limited her daily carb intake to less than 60 net grams, Examiner reported.

For cardio exercise, Kardashian does fat-burning workouts on the treadmill or the elliptical trainer.
Kim said looking back at old bikini photos of herself reminds her to not get frustrated when she doesn’t lose weight quickly.
“I have to be patient,” said Kardashian. “You can do it, it will just take time.”
