Kendall Jenner was a vision at the 2016 White House Correspondents Dinner, where she looked every inch the budding supermodel in a strapless black evening gown.
Kendall looked effortlessly chic with minimal makeup, strappy heels, a diamond choker, and a form-fitting black dress styled by fashion expert Monica Rose.
Good genes keep Jenner slim, but she tries to follow a high-protein diet and exercise regularly to stay toned, especially for bikini photoshoots, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Jenner, who walked the runway of the 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, said she never worked out as hard as she did preparing for that runway show.
Kendall worked out a minimum of 4 days a week with celebrity fitness expert Gunnar Peterson, mixing cardio exercise and strength-training.
“I’ll run to a gym and get on the treadmill,” said Jenner. “I also do a lot of ab work and planking.”
Jenner, 20, has been on fire for the past year, racking up high-profile magazine photo spreads and landing coveted modeling contracts with Estee Lauder, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Givenchy and Balmain.
Kendall, who has walked the runways in New York, Paris, London and Milan, said her Fashion Week diet secrets include detox tea, plenty of sleep, and lots of water, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea,” said Jenner. “I have 12 cups a day.”
For snacks, Kendall eats low carb, low-sugar fruits like apples and strawberries and avoids processed junk food.
Jenner’s sister, Kim Kardashian, recently lost over 50 pounds in 4 months with the low-carb Atkins diet and is now just 4 pounds away from her pre-baby weight.
The brunette stunner also moisturizes often to prevent premature wrinkles and keep her skin dewy.
“My moisturizer is by Elta MD, and it’s really good,” said Kendall. “It has sunscreen in it, so I wear sunscreen every day.”
