Kendra Wilkinson showcased her hot post-baby body after her 55-pound weight loss in a hot new music video for her new song, “Lost In Space.”

Kendra, a former Playboy model who has conquered reality TV and motherhood, is thrilled to venture into the music business and gave fans a sneak peek of her upcoming video.

Wilkinson, who gave birth to her second child in May 2014, has maintained her 55-pound post-baby weight loss for two years.

Kendra’s weight loss secrets were the low-carb, high-fat Atkins diet and cardio workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

The 5-foot-4 Kendra, who normally weighs 120 pounds, ballooned to 175 pounds during her second pregnancy.

After doing research, Wilkinson chose the low-carb, high-fat Atkins diet to lose the baby weight. “I researched the perfect diet for after the baby,” she said. “Atkins is low-carb and it’s working so good.”

Kendra Wilkinson loves Atkins because she’s able to eat delicious foods like cheese, bacon, and nuts and feel full by eating healthy fats.

Other stars who have lost weight on a low-carb diet include Kim Kardashian, who recently lost 50 pounds in 4 months, and Britney Spears, who credits low carb for her fit bikini body after two kids.

Low carb, high-fat diets such as the Atkins and ketogenic diets promote rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Mark Hyman, author of Eat Fat, Get Thin.

Dr. David Ludwig, author of the bestseller Always Hungry? Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells, agrees. Ludwig lost 20 pounds in 3 months without feeling hungry or counting calories with a low-carb, high-fat diet.

Low carb, high-fat diets keep blood sugar stable, suppress appetite, and enhance mood, said Dr. Ludwig, a physician and Harvard nutrition professor.
